This notice explains how Maavelus Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company that operates Fulfild, collects and uses personal data through the Fulfild marketing website at fulfild.co.uk. It does not cover the Fulfild platform used inside our clients’ own operations, which is governed by a separate agreement.

1. Who we are

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

  • Maavelus Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 16198899.
  • Registered office: Suite 310e Sterling House, East Wing, Langston Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 3TS, United Kingdom.
  • Maavelus Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office; our registration reference will be added here once published on the ICO register.
  • Data-protection enquiries: fulfild@whitedash.com.

2. The personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry you choose to send us.

  • Enquiry form. When you book a discovery call we collect your name, email address, your message, and your preferred date and time for a call.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this to identify you or build a profile.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this website (see Cookies).

3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to and follow up on the business enquiry you have initiated — to research your operation, arrange and hold a discovery call, and correspond with you about it.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): responding to and managing a business enquiry that you have chosen to send us. You can object to this at any time (see Your rights). Processing of technical/server-log data also relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

4. Cookies

This website sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

The enquiry form on our Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving anti-spam check. Where Turnstile sets a cookie, it is strictly necessary to protect the form from abuse — it is not used to track you or for advertising.

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required. If we introduce website analytics in future, we will use a cookieless, privacy-preserving option (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) and update this section accordingly.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery, security/web-application-firewall, and the Turnstile anti-spam check.
  • Whitedash hub (hub.whitedash.com) — our own enquiry-management platform, which receives and stores enquiries submitted through the form.
  • Google Workspace — email, used to receive your enquiry and reply to you.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary for the purpose above. Where an enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact. If you go on to become a client, the relevant records are retained under your engagement with us.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict how we process it;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • data portability, where applicable.

To exercise any of these, email fulfild@whitedash.com. We will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data we would appreciate the chance to address it first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. Material changes will be reflected here.
