What Purchasing & Supplier Management does
Purchase orders with an enforced lifecycle and a supplier confirm-or-amend flow. Shipments carry pallet-level landed cost, so margin is based on what stock actually cost to land — not a bare purchase price.
Supplier confirmation flow
A signed single-use link lets the supplier confirm, amend or decline a PO line by line. Amendments raise a diff the operator accepts or rejects.

Multi-currency POs fetch a live rate that locks the moment the PO is sent, so the figure on the invoice chain stays contractual.

Shipments bundle one or more POs for costing and visibility, with per-pallet costs and an automatic LTL/FTL breakeven.

On receive, shipping and duty are apportioned across batches by pallet count, so each batch carries its true landed cost.

Goods are received against the PO with batch details, moving stock into the active pool. Marking a shipment arrived cascades to its POs and unlocks receiving.
