What it does
What Purchasing & Supplier Management does
Purchase orders with an enforced lifecycle and a supplier confirm-or-amend flow. Shipments carry pallet-level landed cost, so margin is based on what stock actually cost to land — not a bare purchase price.
Supplier confirmation flow
A signed single-use link lets the supplier confirm, amend or decline a PO line by line. Amendments raise a diff the operator accepts or rejects.

A multi-currency PO captures and locks its exchange rate the moment it is sent, so the figure on the invoice chain stays contractual.

The model bundles POs into shipments for per-pallet costing and an LTL/FTL breakeven. The operator shipments console is on the roadmap.

Each batch carries a landed cost — purchase price plus apportioned freight and duty — so margin reflects what stock actually cost to land. Automated apportionment ships with the shipments console (roadmap).

Goods are received against the PO with batch details, moving stock into the active pool. Marking a shipment arrived cascades to its POs and unlocks receiving.
