Working with Fulfild

A different kind of software engagement

We don't sell licences. We implement, configure, and support a platform built around your operation.

The engagement

From first call to long-term support.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    1–2 hours
    What we cover
Your current operation, order volumes, customer types, delivery routes, existing systems and the pain points that brought you here.
    What you get
A clear picture of whether and how Fulfild fits your business — with no obligation.

We ask the right questions because we have run this ourselves.

  2. 02

    Scoping

    3–5 days after discovery
    What we cover
Implementation work, data migration, integrations, training and a go-live plan, with a timeline.
    What you get
    A fixed-price, fixed-scope proposal.

No open-ended projects — you know the cost before we start.

  3. 03

    Implementation

    Weeks, not months
    What we cover
We configure the platform to your products, routes, customers and pricing, migrate your data from spreadsheets and existing systems, and train your office, warehouse and driver teams.
    What you get
A working system shaped to your operation, with your data already in it.

We run go-live alongside you — we do not hand over and disappear.

  4. 04

    Support contract

    Ongoing
    What we cover
A monthly retainer: priority support with a named SLA, all platform updates, and reasonable scope changes as your operation evolves.
    What you get
A quarterly operational review to keep the system aligned to the business.

Direct access to the people who built and implemented it.

How we work

A system built around your operation — not a sign-up.

Fulfild is delivered as a bespoke implementation, not an off-the-shelf subscription. We work with a small number of operations at a time, from first call to long-term support.

The implementation engagement

A fixed-scope project to stand Fulfild up around the way you operate.

  • Custom build configured to your products, rounds and workflows
  • Data migration from spreadsheets and existing systems
  • Hands-on training for your office and warehouse teams
  • Managed go-live, with us alongside you on day one
The ongoing support contract

A monthly retainer that keeps the platform running and improving.

  • Priority support with an agreed response SLA
  • Platform updates and improvements included
  • Scope changes as your operation grows
  • Quarterly review to keep the system aligned to the business

Pricing is scoped per engagement — book a discovery call to get a fixed quote.

Before you ask

Common questions

We start with a discovery call to understand how your operation runs, then scope a fixed piece of work. From there we configure the platform around your products, rounds and workflows, migrate your data from spreadsheets and existing systems, train your office and warehouse teams, and run a managed go-live alongside you. You get a working system shaped to your business — not a blank template to set up yourself.

The ongoing contract is a monthly retainer covering priority support with an agreed response SLA, all platform updates and improvements, reasonable scope changes as your operation evolves, and a quarterly review to keep the system aligned to where the business is heading. It is support from a team that understands distribution, not a generic helpdesk.

It depends on the complexity of your operation, and we will give you a realistic timeline as part of scoping. A focused single-site rollout is typically a matter of weeks; more complex or multi-site builds take longer. Because the work is scoped up front, you know the timeline and the cost before we start — no open-ended project.

Operations change, and the platform is meant to change with them. Reasonable adjustments are handled as part of your support contract; larger pieces of new work are scoped and quoted separately so you stay in control. The quarterly review is there specifically to catch what needs to evolve before it becomes a problem.

Yes. Fulfild generates invoices and statements directly and exports cleanly into the common UK accounting packages, so your finance workflow stays intact. Where you need a deeper, two-way connection, we scope that integration as part of the implementation — we will confirm exactly what is possible for your setup during discovery.

Yes. Your data is hosted on UK-based infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access so people only see what they should. We take regular backups, and your data is always yours — you can export it at any time.
